Brecon Beacons and Black Mountains Classics Weekend
Big mountain rides in the heart of the Brecon Beacons and Black Mountains coupled with our usual warm hospitality.
Riding the Brecon Beacons and Black Mountains is a must for any real MTB enthusiast. Why? well, you have some big mountain riding here and that makes for some epic days out and real bucket list ticks from the Beacons Gap to the the Beast of the Black Mountains.
The descents in this area go on forever with the highest peak, Waun Fach sitting at 811 metres. Riding these trails your find your self winding down down these ancient hills into stunning little villages. You will stay an old Welsh lodge with all the MTB specific facilities needed, there are spacious bedrooms, cosy lounge and dining areas with awesome food prepared on site by our own chef and all the drinks are on us!

Is this weekend for me?:
The riding may be tailored a little to suit the group but definitely won’t be suitable for complete beginners. You’d want to be comfortable tackling trail centre Red trails as a minimum, and happy to have go, or at least walk, more technical stuff when we come across it.
Fitness-wise, these are big days – at least 5-6 hours – with plenty of ups and downs. But we won’t leave anybody behind – up or down.
